In tax law, we support our clients in the context of tax audits by the tax office and represent our clients from the appeal proceedings through the tax court to the Federal Fiscal Court. We accompany the tax audit from the preparation of the audit to the final meeting, also alongside the current tax advisor. We prepare scientifically sound expert opinions with constitutional references for clients and advisors. In cases involving the correction of tax returns that have already been filed or the subsequent declaration of previously undeclared facts, we take care of everything from reviewing the facts to submitting a correction notice (Section 153 of the German Fiscal Code) or a voluntary disclosure exempt from punishment (Section 371 of the German Fiscal Code) – also in support of the current tax advisor.

We defend individuals, in particular managing directors and board members, represent medium-sized companies as secondary parties in criminal proceedings, advise as witness counsel, and support the development of compliance management systems and employee training.
